About Me:
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I graduated from Southern Oregon University with my BFA in Performance and minors in Shakespeare Studies and Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies.
Since moving to Portland, I continued my education with Portland Experimental Theatre Ensemble’s Institute for Contemporary Performance. In this year-long intensive, I had the opportunity to co-produce a festival of new works including SKINSHOW, which I co-devised, wrote, and performed, and Songs for the End of the World, which I co-devised and directed. Currently, I am working in Portland, OR as an actor, performance artist, and Co-Artistic Director of Basement Stair Collective.
I am passionate about experimental performance, the inherent vulnerability of creation, and collaborative, community-focused art.
When I’m not on- or back-stage, I can be found enjoying a coffee and a book, dabbling in film photography and fiber arts, writing music, and petting every cat I see.
